THIS CONTRACT for the personal services of WAYLAND PICKARD on the engagement described below is made this ___ day of _________ 2004, between ____________________________________ (represented by _________________) and Pickard Entertainment (represented by Wayland Pickard).

Please make payments as follows:

a. $__________ deposit - Payable to Wayland Pickard with your returned, signed agreement. This deposit becomes non-refundable six (6) weeks prior to date of engagement. If necessary, this performance may be rescheduled no later than four (4) weeks prior to the engagement subject to availability of performer.

b. $__________ balance

(PLEASE CHOOSE ONE of the following options by check mark):

____ Payable to Wayland Pickard to be received by our office no later than seven (7) business days prior to the engagement.

-OR-

____ Payable to Wayland Pickard to be given to Wayland Pickard at the engagement sometime prior to the performance.

6. Additional Provisions:

a. The buyer accepts responsibility for the transporting of Wayland Pickard & David Dial (Technical Director) to the engagement in a reasonable and timely manner, allowing for adequate scheduling to ensure their arrival.

b. AIR TRANSPORTATION. The buyer to provide (or reimburse) two (2) round trip coach airfares for Wayland Pickard and his Technical Director, David Dial out of Los Angeles Airport (LAX), California. (Please try to arrange a window seat for Wayland, and an aisle seat for David, even if they cannot sit together). Please schedule so that Wayland and David arrive on the day prior to the event sometime between 2:00PM and no later than 7:00PM, and return to California on the morning following the event, arriving sometime between 10AM and 3PM.

c. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS. Buyer to provide two (2) prepaid, non-smoking hotel rooms in hotel at, or nearby, performance venue. Lodging is required the day before and the night of the performance. (Please arrange for early check in at hotel pursuant to flight schedule)

d. GROUND TRANSPORTATION. Buyer to provide ground transportation to and from airport and Hotel and/or venue. Driver to meet Mr. Pickard and his Technical Director, David Dial, in the baggage claim area with sign to read “Wayland Pickard.” (Buyer may also reimburse taxi, shuttle or Rent-A-Car receipts to hotel/venue if airport pickup is inconvenient).

e. Please provide a dressing area near the stage with mirror, light, hot coffee and bottled water. SEE RIDER ATTACHMENT for additional necessary conditions and provisions for Wayland’s show.

Upon signing this agreement, purchaser agrees to provide all terms and conditions herein contained in this agreement and attached rider. In Witness Thereof, the parties hereto have executed this CONTRACT on the day and year first above written:
